This page explains what faizur.com collects when you visit, why, and who helps me run the site. The short version: I collect as little as I can, I don’t run ads, and I don’t sell or share your data for marketing.

What I collect

When you join my letters or download a freebie. Your email address and, where asked, your first name. I use them to send you the letters and the files you signed up for.

When you book a call. Your name, email and anything you write in the booking form, so we can meet and I can prepare.

When you email me. Whatever you write, only to reply to you.

When you buy a product. Payment happens on the checkout provider’s page. I receive your name, email and order, never your card details.

What I don’t collect

The site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. I don’t build profiles of visitors.

Browser storage

A few small things are saved in your browser, never sent to me: when an offer countdown started for you, so the timer stays fair, a display preference, and where the navigation was on the last page. You can clear them any time in your browser settings.

Services that help run the site

Like most websites, faizur.com relies on a few trusted services. Each handles only what it needs to do its job:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from attacks.
• Sanity stores the letters, posts and images.
• Flodesk sends the letters and freebie emails.
• Cal.com handles call bookings.
• The checkout provider on each product page handles payments.
• YouTube shows videos in posts, in privacy-enhanced mode, and only loads when you press play.
• OpenWeatherMap provides the Prague weather in the footer.

These services may see technical details like your IP address when your browser loads something from them. Their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
• Ask me what I hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted.
• Clear the browser storage above whenever you like.

How long I keep it

Your email stays on my list until you unsubscribe. After that it is removed from the active list, though some records may be kept where the law requires it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
